About Eve

What moves people, physically, mentally and emotionally, has always fascinated me.

I began my career as a physiotherapist, working with the body while listening to the person and the story behind the pain. I soon discovered that lasting change rarely happens through the body or the mind alone. They need to move together.

Since 2008, I have brought this perspective into international organisations through interactive workshops, keynotes and wellbeing programmes. I help people understand what happens when pressure rises, reconnect with their energy and translate insight into conscious choices that work in everyday life.

At the heart of my work is the AHA moment: the moment when something suddenly clicks, not only in the mind, but also in the body. People recognise what is really happening, discover where they have a choice and feel ready to take one small, meaningful step. That is where the ripple effect begins.

My approach combines movement science, physiotherapy, behaviour change and nearly two decades of experience in corporate wellbeing and coaching. It is science-informed, human, practical and sometimes confronting.

I also coach women 40+ who feel that something needs to change, but don’t need another list of things they “should” do. Together, we create space to feel, reflect and find a direction that truly fits.

Because real change doesn’t start with doing more. It starts with an AHA moment that changes what you see, and the choice you make next.
